I am so glad I found this online~ I have ginger tea every morning, and have been grating my own ginger for months, before trying this. It needs to steep in boiling hot water for at least 15 minutes, but after this it is 95% as great as fresh ginger. What a treat - and it's very potent. I use 1/2 teaspoon for a mug of tea, and re-use the same ginger nuggets the next day, because they're still full of "ginger life." If I could give this 10 stars, I would. Happy customer, here.
