Directions: Aromatherapy: Add 4- 5 drops to your diffuser to fill the room with this wonderful natures scent. Topical Use: Add 4-5 drops to 10 ml of St. Johns wort Oil or pomegranate seed oil. Apply gently until absorbed. Bath/Shower: Mix 5 drops of juniper oil with 10 ml Jojoba or coconut oil and then pour the blend to your bath water for a calming bath.
