Psyllium seed husks, 3.5 grams per dose; Senna extract providing 15 mg sennosides per dose. Other Ingredients: Acacia gum, barley bran, dandelion root, fruit pectin, ginger root, natural flavors, oat bran, red clover tops.

Suggestions

1 heaping teaspoon, one to three times a day. Children (6-12): Half adult dose.
