Suggestions

Dried Elderflowers can either be made into a tea, or sprinkled on certain foods like salads or cereals, or even be ground into a flour to enhance the taste of pancakes, muffins, or other types of baking. Adults and adolescents 14+: 1 tsp, twice per day, 6 to 13 years old: 1 tsp, once per day, 3 to 5 years old: 1/2 tsp, once per day.
