Suggestions

Children (4-8 years old): Start by taking 1g (1/2 tsp) daily and gradually increase dosage. Adolescents (9-13 years old): Start by taking 2g (1 tsp) daily and gradually increase dosage. Mix in a glass or mug with enough hot water tocreate a fizzing action. Let it fizz, then stir until disolved.
