Chocolate brownie mix creates rich, fudgy gluten free brownies with added chocolate chunks. Versatile and incredibly easy to make, this mix can also be used to make chocolate waffles and decadent cookies.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease one 8 or 9 inch square pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix gently with a fork until just combined. Do not over mix. Batter will be thick. Pour into pan, smoothing evenly to the edges. Bake for 18 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of brownies comes out with slight crumbs. Some recipes may need extra bake time. Do not over bake.
