Ingredients: Each vegetarian capsule contains 115 mg of Kava (Piper methysticum) rhizome and root extract, providing 34 mg of kavalactones and a 270 mg proprietary blend of Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) flowering herb extract, Albizia (Albizia julibrissin) stem bark extract and Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract.
